US domestic scrap in the lower Midwest trends sideways

According to sources, the lower Midwest region traded sideways across the board in the July buy-cycle compared to June settled numbers. Unlike in the Ohio and Detroit regions, prices in the lower Midwest were not able to increase for busheling scrap.
