According to market sources, Lebanese offers for HMS I/II 80:20 scrap to Turkey have increased by $5-10/mt over the past two weeks to $258-260/mt CFR. In the current week, it has been heard that a Turkish producer in the Iskenderun region has concluded an ex-Lebanon scrap deal for HMS I/II 80:20 at $258/mt CFR. In addition, it is thought that Lebanese scrap suppliers may revise their export offers again in the coming days in parallel with rising deep sea scrap prices.
