Two Turkish integrated mills increase domestic scrap purchase prices

Today, July 23, two Turkish mills have increased their domestic scrap purchase prices by TRY 30-50/mt, resulting in a $4-7/mt rise in their dollar-based quotations. Meanwhile, other producers have kept their Turkish lira and dollar quotations stable. As a result, the benchmark DKP prices in Turkey have moved up on the upper end to the range of TRY 1,705-2,095/mt or $249-306/mt.
