Turkish ship scrap market moves up

The Turkish ship scrap market has moved up as compared to March 30, with two Izmir-based mills increasing their ship scrap purchase prices by $5-10/mt. Other producers have kept their prices unchanged. As a result, the general range of prices in the Turkish ship scrap market has increased from $380-392/mt to $385-392/mt.

In Turkey's Izmir region, the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
