Ship scrap prices in Turkey's Izmir region decrease slightly

Most of the Turkish steel producers based in the Izmir region have decreased their domestic ship scrap purchase prices by $3/mt as of today, February 28. As a result, ship scrap purchase prices in the local market are now in the range of $268-271/mt CPT, with Cebitas still out of the market
