During the past week, domestic scrap purchase prices of Turkish mills have remained unchanged. As a result the benchmark DKP grade scrap quotations are still in the range of TRY 2,050-2,360/mt, though the dollar equivalents of the prices have increased by $3-4/mt in this period to $261-301/mt due to the slight appreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar.
