Lower end of Turkish ship scrap prices moves down slightly

Today, June 23, one mill in Turkey’s Izmir region has decreased its ship scrap purchase prices by $3/mt, while others have kept their prices unchanged. As a result, ship scrap purchase quotations in Turkey have decreased on the lower end and are currently in the range of $252-257/mt, for delivery to mill by truck.
