According to the latest figures provided by the German steel scrap recycler association (BDSV), in the first 20 days of June this year domestic steel scrap prices in Germany recorded a very slight decrease of €0.44/mt ($0.50/mt) compared to the corresponding period in the previous month.
On the other hand, on year-on-year basis, in the first 20 days of June this year German domestic scrap prices indicated a more significant decrease of €18/mt ($20/mt) on average.
