According to sources close to SteelOrbis, and consistent with the rapid decline in H2 domestic prices in Japan, the average offer price for Japanese H2 bulk cargoes has declined to $330-335/mt CFR Phu My port in Vietnam compared to early in the month. In early November, Japanese H2 bulk cargo offers to Vietnam were estimated to have been at $355/mt CFR, therefore, bulk prices have declined $20-25/mt. Recently booked deals for Japanese H2 bulk scrap are reportedly in the range of $327-330/mt CFR.
