Ex-US containerized scrap offers in Taiwan

According to market sources, ex-US offers to Taiwan for containerized scrap have declined by $20/mt over the past two weeks to $255/mt CFR.
 
On the other hand, local scrap prices in the Taiwanese market are in the range of NTD 8,200-9,100/mt ($262-291/mt) delivered, while local suppliers are expected to reduce their prices by NTD 200-300/mt ($6-10/mt) in the coming days.
