SteelOrbis has learned from market sources than an ex-UK scrap supplier is offering 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap and 20,000 mt of shredded scrap to Turkish mills at an average price level of $392/mt CFR. However, following the latest scrap bookings at lower price levels, this offer has failed to attract the interest of Turkish mills.
