It is heard from market sources that a Turkish steelmaker has concluded an ex-St. Petersburg deal for a cargo consisting of 25,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap, 2,500 mt of bonus grade scrap and 2,500 mt of shredded scrap at the average price level of $375/mt CFR.
