SteelOrbis has learned that a Turkish mill has concluded a transaction of an ex-St. Petersburg HMS I/II 80:20 scrap cargo of 40,000 mt at the price level of $412,5/mt CFR. However, the steel producer states that this deal is a part of a previous transaction from the same supplier and so it does not reflect the current market situation.
