Ex-short sea scrap prices for Turkish mills

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Adriatic Sea scrap booking of 15,000 mt. In this transaction, the price of A3 scrap was at $420/mt CFR, while the price of HMS I/II 90:10 was at $425/mt CFR, with the price of P&S scrap at $430/mt CFR.
 
On the other hand, ex-Black Sea A3 scrap offers to Turkish mills are standing at $420-425/mt CFR. In the latest ex-Russia scrap deal to Turkey concluded last weekend, the price of A3 scrap was at $422/mt CFR Marmara Sea ports.
