This week in the Turkish market some A3 scrap deals have been heard from both Ukraine and Russia at price levels of $372-374/mt CFR Marmara and at $374-376/mt CFR Nemrut. Black Sea scrap prices have indicated a decline of $3-4/mt since last week, according to market sources.
