According to market sources, a Turkish steelmaker concluded an ex-Ukraine scrap deal last week for HMS I scrap at $274/mt CFR Marmara, while another Turkish steelmaker also concluded an ex-Ukraine deal last week for bonus grade scrap at $273/mt CFR.
