SteelOrbis has been informed that a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-St. Petersburg deal for 21,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $299.5/mt CFR, 3,000 mt of shredded scrap at $304.5/mt CFR, 4,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $309.5/mt CFR and 1,000 mt of rail scrap at $314.5/mt CFR.
