According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Netherlands deal for 10,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $296/mt CFR, 10,000 mt of shredded scrap at $302/mt CFR, 5,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $307/mt CFR and 5,000 mt of busheling scrap at $307/mt CFR.
