According to market sources, scrap export prices from Kuwait have increased over the past two weeks due to the upward movement seen in global scrap quotations. Meanwhile, the rises seen in demand for ex-Kuwait scrap have also supported the upward trend of Kuwaiti scrap export prices.

Accordingly, shredded scrap offers from Kuwait to Pakistan have increased by $10/mt compared to price levels recorded on July 26 to $235/mt CFR Qasim port.
