Market sources report that a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Baltic deal at the average price level of $375.5/mt CFR for 12,500 mt of HMS I/II 85:15 scrap, 14,500 mt of shredded scrap, 750 mt of bonus scrap and 250 mt of busheling scrap.
