Domestic scrap prices in Saudi Arabia

Average domestic scrap prices in Saudi Arabia have remained stable since August 11. Accordingly, domestic HMS I/II 80:20 scrap prices in the eastern and western regions of Saudi Arabia are still at SAR 800-850/mt ($213-227/mt) ex-yard and SAR 700-750/mt ($187-200/mt) ex-yard, respectively.
 
Meanwhile, demand for scrap in the Saudi Arabian market has been at low levels this week.
