SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 10,600-11,300/mt ($344-367/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained stable over the past week at NTD 42,000-44,500/mt ($1,363-1,444/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for late June shipments.
