SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 10,200-10,900/mt ($324-346/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained stable over the past week at NTD 40,000-42,500/mt ($1,269-1,348/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for shipments in mid-June.
