Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 19

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained stable during the past week at NTD 10,500-11,000/mt ($352-369/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.

In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have moved sideways over the past week at NTD 38,200-40,700/mt ($1,282-1,366/mt) ex-yard.

The above prices include five percent VAT and are for mid-June shipments.
