SteelOrbis has learned that the dock delivered price range for P&S scrap in Boston is being heard at approximately $280-290/gt ($284-295/mt), off from earlier estimates at $285-295/gt ($290-300/mt). Market insiders said Boston P&S dock prices were lower as a result of lower priced billet and deep sea scrap pricing in international markets.
