Black Sea scrap for Turkey

It is reported to SteelOrbis that the market level of A3 grade steel scrap offered to Turkey has been in the $200-205/mt CFR price range lately. As the inventories of suppliers in the CIS and Europe are dwindling, no significant tonnage offers are available in the market. However, this has not resulted in a price rise, as buyers are under no pressure to book cargoes yet.
