Yemeni rebar market starts to revive

The Yemeni rebar market, which has been sluggish for quite for a while due to hot weather conditions and Ramadan, has started to revive slowly. Price inquiries in Yemen and the number of ex-Turkey rebar offers have increased, while current rebar offers from Turkey to Yemen are standing at $630-635/mt CFR on theoretical weight basis. In the meantime, market players believe that next week a high volume rebar transaction may be concluded from Turkey to Yemen.
