Wire rod prices stable in Turkey, demand limited

Most Turkish mills have kept their wire rod prices stable in the past week, mainly for late October-November delivery.

Wire rod demand is limited due to the unclear scrap price trend. Most local buyers are maintaining a wait-and-see stance and want to gain a clearer picture of the situation in the import scrap market before making their decisions. However, some buyers have continued to make their daily purchases.

Currently, the local offers for 6-7 mm mesh quality wire rod are as follows:
