SteelOrbis is informed that Turkish mills are offering rebars for export at $585-595/mt FOB on actual weight basis for late September/ October shipments to destinations other than the US and Gulf markets.
The south European market is on holiday and the indications from the US are not very good. However, rising scrap prices, Turkish domestic market which is on the alert for huge purchases, and Middle East and Balkans which are good export markets for Turkish producers are all providing support for Turkish exports.
