Turkish integrated steel mill Kardemir has closed its domestic rebar sales within a couple of hours, having opened them earlier today at the price level of TRY 3,280 /mt ($447/mt) ex-works.
Kardemir rebar sales has sold approximately 27,500 mt of rebar in total. Sources report that such a volume of rebar sales was transacted due to reasonable pricing and payment terms.
Prices exclude 18 percent VAT.
