Most Turkish merchant bar re-rollers have cut their official equal angle export prices by $10/mt to $590-610/mt FOB, for late January-February shipment, amid sluggish international demand and weaker import billet prices. Most buyers are exerting pressure for further discounts.
The SteelOrbis Turkish import billet daily reference price stands at $458-485/mt, versus $460-495/mt CFR a week ago.
