Over the past week, ex-Turkey merchant bar prices have settled at $680-690/mt FOB for June-July shipment, versus $700/mt over the past week, while slightly lower levels are on offer based on the region and quantity, amid ongoing currency fluctuations.

The Turkish billet CFR-based daily reference export price currently stands at $545-565/mt, versus $550-565/mt last week. "A few enquiries are heard. Demand seems relatively better, with small-tonnage inquiries" one source commented.
