Turkish merchant bar producers have raised their official domestic merchant bar prices by TRY 50-400/mt in the local currency, with minor changes on US dollar basis amid the ongoing currency fluctuations. One Iskenderun-based mill issued its equal angle price at TRY 29,000/mt ($632/mt) ex-works today, June 2, also up by TRY 400/mt ($5/mt) over the same period.
Most merchant bar sellers are offering either for deliveries in late June or from stocks, depending on the size.
