production are almost full. SteelOrbis has heard that certain mills have started to get orders for June
production.
Spain,
Portugal and
Ireland have reportedly accepted
rebar offers at $450/ton FOB and above levels. The Middle Eastern countries conclude purchases slightly below $450/ton FOB level.
