Turkey’s Icdas raises its longs prices sharply

Today, July 7, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 390/mt to TRY 14,640/mt ($720/mt) ex-works compared Wednesday, July 6, against the backdrops of the costlier scrap prices. The supplier has also increased its wire rod price by TRY 795/mt to TRY 15,450/mt ($760/mt) ex-works. On US dollar basis, rebar prices and wire rod prices have risen by $20 and $40/mt respectively over the same period.
