Turkey’s Icdas adjusts its longs prices

Today, September 20, Turkish mill Icdas has decreased its rebar price only by TRY 10/mt to TRY 6,890/mt ($670/mt) ex-works, while the producer has cut its rebar price on US dollar basis by $10/mt amid currency fluctuations compared to the end of last week. The exchange rate was at $1 = TRY 8.60 at the end of last week, while it is standing at $1 = TRY 8.71 today.

The supplier has also issued its official wire rod price at TRY 7,915/mt ex-works ($770/mt) ex-works today, stable in the local currency and down by $10/mt on US dollar basis over the same period.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.

$1 = TRY 8.71
