Transaction activity has not improved in the first day of the week, while Kardemir's rebar sales, which were opened at TRY 1,259mt ($594/mt) ex-works excluding VAT on April 18, have so far attracted orders for a total of 24,000 mt of rebar and the sales are still continuing.
Meanwhile, Turkish producers' offers stand in the range of TRY 1,229-1,292/mt ($580-609/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT.
