According to market sources, rebar prices in the local Turkish spot market have decreased by around TRY 25-50/mt since June 22, though prices on US dollar basis have declined by an average of $5-12/mt due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate. Market players state that demand has been almost stagnant in the same period.
