Local Turkish rebar market continues to decline gradually

Having started to fall towards the end of last week, domestic rebar prices in Turkey have continued their gradual downtrend in the current week amid lower scrap prices as well as the weakness of demand, and are now TRY 59-85/mt lower than the levels recorded on SteelOrbis’ report published on February 18.

As of today, February 21, traders’ rebar offers in the Turkish domestic market are as follows:
