SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that in this week's Indian domestic market mills' wire rod prices have indicated no change as compared to last week, with mesh quality wire rod prices standing at $715-745/mt and drawing quality wire rod prices at $745-775/mt, both ex-works and inclusive of local taxes.
In the meantime, Chinese boron-added mesh quality wire rod offers to India have decreased by $10/mt since last week to $630/mt CFR for June shipments. These offers are expected to soften further in the coming days.
