Latest situation in Turkish welding quality wire rod market

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that S1 grade welding quality wire rod prices in the Turkish domestic market are at $430-490/mt, while local offers for SG2 grade welding quality wire rod stand at $515-570/mt, both ex-works and excluding 18 percent VAT. Market players state that demand for domestic quality wire rod in Turkey, which started to increase in early September, is still at decent levels.
