Latest situation in local Spanish rebar market

It is observed that demand in the local Spanish rebar market has declined over the past week to low levels. According to market sources, Spanish rebar producers are focusing on their export markets due to faster purchases. As a result of scrap prices remaining at high levels, Spanish rebar mills have kept their domestic offers stable week on week at €500-510/mt ($575-587/mt) delivered to customer, despite the weakness of demand.
