SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that in the Kuwaiti market rebar offers given from the UAE are standing at $610/mt CFR, while offers from Qatar are at QAR 2,400/mt ($659/mt) CFR, both on theoretical weight basis and for February shipments. No offers have been heard from Turkey lately.
