Iskenderun-based Turkish mill cuts its longs prices

SteelOrbis has been informed that today, July 12, an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill issued its official mesh grade wire rod price at TRY 15,700/mt ($600/mt), ex-works, excluding VAT,  following Kardemir's recent price cut and currency fluctuations. The mill has issued its rebar price at TRY 18,150/mt ($578/mt) ex-works today. The exchange rate is taken as $1 = TRY 26,15 as the mill itself has not indicated any specific exchange rate. The producer's longs prices have fallen by TRY 200/mt ($9/mt) and TRY 150/mt ($6/mt) respectively from the previous day. 

$1 = TRY 26.15
