Demand for Spanish rebar in the international markets has remained at low levels over the past week. Market sources state that, due to livelier local demand, Spanish rebar producers prefer to conclude sales to their domestic market instead of exporting. Spanish rebar export prices have remained stable during the past week at €490-500/mt ($568-580/mt) FOB.
