Indian domestic billet prices trend down

On March 5, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic induction grade billet offer prices at INR 33,000-33,200/mt ($467-470/mt) ex-Raipur.

According to sources close to SteelOrbis, billet prices have softened further this week and are now reportedly at INR 32,000-32,500/mt ($456-463/mt) ex-Raipur, down $11/mt from the bottom of the previous range and down $7/mt from the top of the same range.
