According to market sources, Turkish rebar offers to Yemen have declined by $5-10/mt over the past two weeks to the range of $520-525/mt CFR, on theoretical weight basis.

On the other hand, following the Chinese government's decision to remove the export tax rebate for boron-added steel products, Chinese exporters have started to offer chrome-added rebar to the Yemeni market. The rebar offers in question are at $470/mt CFR on actual weight basis, similar to the ex-China offers levels two weeks ago.
