Import merchant bar offers to the US from Turkey have not changed in the last two weeks, but considering the recent $110/nt drop in US domestic merchant bar prices, traders expect import offers to adjust as soon as next week.
For now, prices are still ranging from $770-$790/mt CFR FO US Gulf ports, based on theoretical weights (subject product consists of small sections and some structural sizes according to ASTM A36/A6).
