Hot weather and Ramadan hit rebar market activity in Iraq

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Turkish rebar offers to the Iraqi market are standing at $630-635/mt ex-works, on actual weight basis and for August shipments, while local rebar prices in Zakho in northern Iraq are standing at $710/mt ex-warehouse, on actual weight basis.
 
Rebar market activity in Iraq is quiet due to Ramadan and the hot weather.
