H-beam offer from China to S. Korea

China's Anhui Province-based mill Magang has offered Q235 grade 300-450 mm x 300-450 mm x 10 mm x 15 mm diameter H-beams to South Korea at $505-515/mt FOB Shanghai on actual weight basis via at sight payment by letter of credit for shipment at the beginning of April. Magang's H-beam offer level has not changed in the last two weeks. Due to year-end overhauling works, the mill's H-beam output has been affected significantly. Even so, exports are more of a priority for Magang Steel than supplying the domestic market.
